TF 100 Spindle Moulder
Whether you are moulding decorative strips, grooves and tennons, or
glue joints, your Electra Beckum spindle moulder won't let you down.
The cutter spindle with 30 mm arbour is supported by two
large-dimensioned ball bearings, and provides for 100 mm of spindle
travel. The fence accommodates tools up to 160 mm diameter. A 150 mm
diameter table opening is reduced with two table rings to accommodate
various tool sizes.
A safety cutter guard is standard delivery, for safe and exact stock
guiding. Three spindle speeds - 4000/6000/7500 rpm - are available to
suit most material. The TF 100 is either powered by a 2.2 kW
single-phase motor, or a 2.8 kW three-phase motor, both with a
quiet-running poly-rib belt to drive the spindle. |
