Precision lies in relaxed operation - the ts 2500
circular sawbench.
Anyone who wants to produce precision work must be
relaxed. That's why the stability and smooth running of the scheppach
ts 2500 are the foundation on which you machine your workpieces
exactly to plan. The working table of extruded, anodised aluminium
sections are vibration-free.
The securely guided ripping fence can be adjusted
lengthwise and is easily mounted from above and quickly, precisely
locked in place with eccentric clamps. The standard crosscut/mitre
gauge can be adjusted by 60 degrees, and the cutting depth and angle
are precisely adjusted with handwheels. Concealed crosscuts and
lengthwise sections are no problem with the ts 2500
A table length and width extension are available as
accessories. To save space, the width extension can be folded up
together with the ripping-fence guide rail after use.

The optional sliding carriage table runs on triple
sets of ball bearings in a torsion-resistant guide rail with a double
round-rod guide. The related guide rail is available in two lengths:
1,400 mm for maximum cutting widths of 700 mm, and 2,000 mm for
cutting widths up to 1,300 mm.
The angle fence can be continuously adjusted up to
45° in both directions, thus easily covering a particularly wide
range of tasks. When swung back into position, the fence
automatically locks in the 90° position. |
